Telesales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via outbound calls to promote trading and gaming products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM tools.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Proven telesales / telemarketing / customer service experience (preferred in trading/gaming/finance sector).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English (additional languages will be a plus).
Work from Home Setup
is mandatory:

Laptop/Desktop with latest configuration.
Minimum 100 Mbps stable internet connection.
Noise-cancellation headset
for professional calls.
Quiet workspace with good environment.
