Tele sales Executive only for female candidate

We are looking for Female Tele Sales Executive for Planet Mall, Siliguri, and Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate sales through outbound calls to potential customers.

2. Identify and qualify new business leads through telephonic interactions.

3. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

4. Deliver effective sales pitches over the phone to promote products/services.

5. Convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and sales performance.

7. Work with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to achieve sales goals.

8. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Qualification

• Any Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Department.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good Computer Knowledge.
• Language Known: Bengali, Hindi, English
