Tele-sales executive (ONLY FEMALE)

The job involves making outbound calls to potential customers in order to promote financial products such as credit cards, personal loans, business loans, and home loans. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate financial solutions, explaining product features, benefits, and eligibility requirements to customers, and maintaining a database of leads to follow up regularly and convert prospects into customers. Additionally, you will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets, contribute to the company's growth, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and collaborate closely with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduate in any stream. Previous experience of 0-2 years in tele-calling or sales is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and convincing skills, basic knowledge of financial products, good negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is preferred.
