As a Telecaller promoting financial products, your role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to products like credit cards, personal, business, and home loans. You will be expected to understand customer needs, recommend suitable financial solutions, and provide information on product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria. It is essential to maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly to convert prospects into customers, and achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. Additionally, accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and transactions is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions - Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria - Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects into customers - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream) - Experience: 0-2 years in tele-calling/sales (Freshers are welcome) Skills Required: - Strong communication and convincing skills - Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred) - Good negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a target-driven environment - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred) In this role, you will be provided with a fixed salary along with attractive incentives based on performance. There are opportunities for training, career growth, and a supportive work environment. The job type is full-time, permanent, and open to freshers. Please note that the work location is in person, and the schedule is during the day shift. Additionally, there are benefits such as internet reimbursement, a performance bonus, and language preferences for Hindi and English.
