Role Overview

Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

This role is perfect for someone who can show up consistently, communicate confidently, and cares about delivering honest service.

What You Will Do

● Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

● Clearly explain insurance products, benefits, and options

● Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email

● Maintain detailed records of calls and conversions

● Handle customer questions with patience and clarity

● Meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs

● Support the team’s growth and maintain high communication standards

What We Expect

Mandatory Skills

● Strong communication in Malayalam (English is a bonus)

● Basic computer knowledge

● Pleasant personality and good listening skills

● Organized, patient, and easy to work with

Who Can Apply

● Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Preferred)

● Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or sales (Preferred)
