What You Will Do

● Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
● Clearly explain insurance products, benefits, and options● Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email● Maintain detailed records of calls and conversions● Handle customer questions with patience and clarity● Meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs● Support the team’s growth and maintain high communication standards

What We ExpectMandatory Skills

● Strong communication in Malayalam (English is a bonus)
● Basic computer knowledge● Pleasant personality and good listening skills● Organized, patient, and easy to work with

Who Can Apply

● Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Preferred)
● Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or sales (Preferred)● Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,608.82 per month
