Tele sales executive (Female Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to oversee Lead Generation Calling for our projects Motia Dwarka Riverfront & Motia Guildford Square. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate Telesales, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads.
• Introduce and explain residential project details, benefits, and USPs to prospective buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options.
• Schedule and follow up on site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and site visit confirmations.
• Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing/sales team on lead quality and customer responses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of real estate and residential property trends (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
