As a Tele Sales Executive at Global Foreign Service, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare recruitment department by engaging in outbound calls to promote services and generate leads. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and candidates. - Promote Global Foreign Service's healthcare recruitment services and highlight the benefits to potential clients. - Establish and maintain a robust database of potential clients and healthcare professionals. - Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into successful placements or clients. - Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly targets to contribute to the firm's overall growth. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: - Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or telesales with a successful track record of achieving targets. - Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in regional languages. - Strong negotiation abilities to convert leads into clients or successful placements.
