Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team in Shivane, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database.
• Explain products/services and understand customer needs.
• Generate sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain records of calls and customer details in CRM.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them to confirmed sales.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
• Confident and persuasive with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and phone/email etiquette
• Prior experience in telecalling/tele sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome
