Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Tele Sales Consultant. The Tele Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored consulting services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining detailed records of communications and transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capability to work remotely
• Previous experience in tele sales or a related field is beneficial
• A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are a plus
