Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Tele-Marketing Professional to engage with potential clients over the phone and promote our Google Ads services. This role is focused on outreach, lead nurturing, and setting the stage for conversions through structured and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or inbound leads.
• Explain the value of Google Ads and assess client requirements.
• Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up or sales calls.
• Maintain accurate records of call activity, client feedback, and lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for proposal sharing and deal closure.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in tele-marketing or outbound calling, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
• Excellent spoken communication and lead-generation skills.
• Confidence in pitching digital advertising solutions over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an advantage.
• Experience working with CRM tools and structured call workflows.
