Job Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls for lead generation and B2B marketing activities Promote Aluminium Formwork solutions to potential clients Engage in direct sales conversations and follow-ups with prospective customers Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects using Excel Conduct data mining from various sources to build strong lead pipelines Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign follow-ups Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and calling targets Requirements : 1–5 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in B2B or construction-related industries Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and online data mining tools Ability to understand and explain technical products like Aluminium Formwork Must be self-motivated and target-oriented Preferred Candidate Profile : Graduate/Diploma holder from any stream Experience in the construction or formwork sector is a plus Good organizational and follow-up skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,248.14 - ₹28,230.67 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
