Job Description –

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, presenting our products/services, and driving conversions through effective communication. This role requires a confident caller with good persuasion and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for product promotion.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and track lead status.
Follow a structured calling script while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to engage customers and handle objections confidently.
Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
