ob Title: Telecaller – Luxury Home Décor

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to architects and interior designers from the database
• Introduce and explain Celestile’s product offerings
• Coordinate product discussions and studio visit scheduling
• Support sales and showroom teams by generating leads
• Maintain call logs, visit confirmations, and follow-up records

Follow up with in the internal team ,
Extensive Training will be provided ,Proficiency in Excel and it s formulas to update the data base

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills with a confident and clear voice
• Pleasing personality and customer-centric approach
• Prior telecalling experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary between ₹15,000 and ₹30,000 per month based on performance
• Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund
• Full-time day shift position

This role involves proactive telecalling to generate leads, coordinate with clients, support sales efforts, and maintain accurate records, requiring strong communication and organizational skills for success in the luxury home décor industry.​
