Job Description

You are urgently required as a Female Tele calling staff by South Cotton Fabs, a Garment Manufacturing company located at Mangalam Road, Karuvampalayam, Tiruppur. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to explain products and handle customer queries. You should respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries from channels like INDIAMART, Justdial, etc. Your communication skills should be excellent to provide detailed information about the products and address customer queries effectively to generate interest and sales leads.
