Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to contribute to generating sales and lead conversion. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and persuading them to purchase products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain products or services to prospective clients.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software, MS Office).
Good command of [language(s) as per role].
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:
