Important Note: This is a Tele Counselling role, not a Tele Calling job. Candidates must possess the ability to provide academic counselling, not just telephonic sales communication. Please ensure this distinction is clearly conveyed to all recruitment partners/agencies.Tele Counsellor (10 positions)· KRAs:· Counsel prospective students on UG/PG programs and help them choose the right course.· Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and relationship building.· Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve daily/weekly admission targets.· Participate in training sessions and keep updated on course offerings.· Experience * Skills Required:· Minimum 1 year of experience in tele counselling or academic counselling.· Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage.· Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.· Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
