Key Responsibilities: Provide remote critical care nursing support in collaboration . Monitor and assess patient data (vital signs, lab results, etc.) through telemedicine platforms. Offer clinical guidance to physicians and healthcare teams in critical care situations. Assist in developing care plans and interventions based on real-time data. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care, assessments, and outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and virtual rounds to discuss patient progress. Educate patients and families on critical care issues, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Respond to urgent inquiries and provide clinical insights in life-threatening situations. Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in critical care nursing and telemedicine technologies. Qualifications: Active RN license and Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification. Proven experience in critical care nursing (ICU, CCU, or similar).
