Tele Counselor (Tamil & English)

You will be joining Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre as a Tele Counselor, where your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to customers to promote products and services. You will also be required to respond to customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and maintain records of all customer interactions and transactions by updating customer information in a database as necessary. To excel in this role, you must adhere to your schedule, work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines, and possess strong communication skills in both Tamil and English languages. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum educational qualification of Any UG along with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
