Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle a high volume of inbound and/or make outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospective leads. Listen attentively to understand their needs, concerns, and inquiries. Provide accurate, clear, and comprehensive information regarding products, services, processes, or programs (e.g., educational courses, financial products, technical support, customer service issues). Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, or escalations with a professional and empathetic approach. Guide callers through relevant processes, troubleshooting steps, or application procedures. Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with callers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure comprehensive client support and smooth operations. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.

Age - 22-38 Years only Females (Above Age Should not apply) (Only Candidates who are Staying in DELHI Should Apply) No Outstation Candidates from Gurgaon Noida Should not apply) Jobs and Responsibilities for Admission Counsellor You will be working on the Dialer and will be receiving Incoming and Outgoing calls from students who are interested for Airline Course and Trainings Counselling students on call, regarding Airport and Airline courses and briefing them about fees and Training Modules Would be doing Outbound Calling to candidates who have applied for the job with us on Naukri- LinkedIn- Facebook- Instagram Informing the Candidates about the Eligibility criteria by taking their Telephonic Round and speaking with their Parents Lining up the candidates for the Pre-Screening round and inviting them to the academy to check their Eligibility criteria. (As we do not give admissions to everyone). Should also track and follow up on all Lineup who are Interested for a Training Course Speaking with students and parents and explaining them the Fees and benefits of the Aviation courses, answer questions etc Briefing them about the Airport and Airline Courses This Job requires Excellent Communication Skills, as a councilor as you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates for Jobs and admissions as Have Offline and Online Batches available for Airline Courses.
