Tele counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admission inquiries.
• Counsel parents about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
• Generate interest and schedule campus visits for prospective parents.
• Maintain a proper follow-up system to ensure maximum conversion from inquiry to admission.
• Record all inquiries, feedback, and call details in the admission database.
• Support the admission and marketing teams during school events, fairs, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports on calls and conversions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Persuasive and confident personality.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools).
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele-counseling, customer service, or admission counseling (school experience preferred).
