JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students/clients to provide information and counseling.
Listen actively and provide accurate information based on the caller's needs.
Guide clients/students through the inquiry, application, or decision-making processes.
Maintain updated knowledge of services, programs, admissions criteria, or products.
Keep detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM or case management systems.
Follow up with potential leads or clients to ensure continued engagement.
Handle objections, concerns, or emotional distress with empathy and professionalism.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets (if applicable).
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate cases or ensure proper follow-up.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
