Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and inquiries.
• Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Convert leads into admissions by explaining course benefits, career opportunities, and addressing queries.
• Maintain accurate data and reports in Excel sheets and CRM tools.
• Ensure minimum 4 hours of active calling per day.
• Work in a target-driven environment to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
