Job Description
What You Will Do:
▪ Needs to manage in-house Tele calling team (25-30 headcount), No field collections.
▪ Ensuring assigned targets are achieved.
▪ Interact with High-Risk customers and get the account resolved.
▪ Needs to coordinate with the Collections Manager and make sure the required process is followed or implemented.
▪ Should have knowledge of Dialer and current dialer tools.
▪ Ensure that the entire tele calling team maintains the required intensity and consistency in Follow-ups.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
▪ 2 to 4years' work experience in managing an in-house tele calling collection process is required.
▪ Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech preferred.
▪ Knowledge of MIS/ Excel is required.
▪ Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
