We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and pitching our comprehensive digital marketing services—including website designing, lead generation, and social media marketing solutions. Your goal will be to build relationships, identify client needs, and convert prospects into satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities ✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our digital marketing services (website design, lead generation, social media marketing). ✅ Clearly explain service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects. ✅ Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their business needs. ✅ Handle objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions. ✅ Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools. ✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. ✅ Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
