Location: Campus / (call-centre style)
Reports to: Admission Operations Lead / Regional ManagerLinkedIn blurb:Tele calling executives to convert inbound/outbound leads to applications. Must have experience working with university admissions funnels and CRMs.Role summary:Execute high-volume calling to follow up on leads, book counseling sessions, qualify prospects, update CRM and support admissions closures.Key responsibilitiesConduct outbound/inbound calls to leads; follow call scripts and handle objections.Qualify leads and schedule counselor interactions or campus visits.Log call outcomes, follow-up tasks and next-actions in CRM.Hit daily/weekly dials and conversion targets.Provide feedback on lead quality and follow-up scripts.Required0–3 years in tele-calling for higher education or lead generation.Clear English and regional language proficiency as per region.KPIsCalls per day: ≥ 90 productive calls/day.Conversion: qualified lead→application conversion rate ≥ 10%.Contact rate: reach at least 60% of assigned leads within SLA.Attendance & QA: maintain call quality score ≥ 85%.
