Tele Calling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote products/services, generate leads, or follow up on inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries or concerns
• Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow up on previous interactions
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales, and update CRM systems
• Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
• Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is preferred
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (MS Office, CRM software)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages]
• Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
