Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to student and parent leads provided by the company.
• Explain the advantages of studying abroad (mainly MBBS) and the services offered by Fash Educare.
• Understand student/parent requirements and share relevant information clearly and confidently.
• Convince interested leads to attend seminars/webinars or visit our office.
• Update and maintain call records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to support the admission process.

• Must have a go-getter mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
• Friendly, confident, and able to handle objections over the phone.
