Job Summary

The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for contacting potential students and parents to promote Vari Medical Academy’s courses, explain program benefits, and generate qualified leads for admissions. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from the provided database.
• Introduce Vari Medical Academy’s courses and services effectively.
• Generate and qualify leads, arranging follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential students.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (education sector preferred).
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in Tamil
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage.
• Personality: Energetic, confident, and goal-driven.
