Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer / patients calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers/ patients.
  • Perform email support, chat support, blended process, CCE (Customer Contact Excellence), and other BPO voice services.

As a telecaller or call representative, your primary role is to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls on behalf of the hospital for both local and international patients. You will also write emails and respond to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Typically, you will work in a customer service or sales environment, engaging with customers or prospects through phone and written communication. Here are some key aspects of your role:

Making Outbound Calls:

You will proactively make outbound calls to patients or leads to initiate conversations, provide information, and promote our treatment services. This includes contacting patients who have inquired about consultations, outpatient department (OPD) services, or inpatient department (IPD) services through various sources such as social media, video responses, Google searches, or WhatsApp calls.

Receiving Inbound Calls:

You will handle incoming calls from customers or patients, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance. It is essential to ensure prompt and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction.

Customer Service:

You will provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs, addressing their concerns, and offering appropriate solutions or guidance. Your goal is to create positive experiences and develop strong relationships with patients.

Working Hours:

Your working hours will total 9 hours, which includes a 1-hour lunch break and tea breaks.

Shift Job:

This position involves rotational shifts.

Language Proficiency:

Candidates must have an excellent command of both written and oral communication in English.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required in an English-based voice process in a BPO setting or a healthcare environment as a counsellor or front desk executive. Preference will be given to candidates with honours in English or Psychology or a Master's degree in English or Psychology.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of English language with good communication skills.
  • Candidates with BPT, BBA in hospital administration, BAMS, BA English Honors, BA psychology will be preferred.
