About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and friendly Telecaller who’s fluent in Tamil, Kannada, and English to join our fast-growing team in Nungambakkam. You’ll play a vital role in converting incoming leads into consultations by providing the first impression of our brand over the phone and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads generated through campaigns and referrals
• Clearly explain our treatment offerings, services, and ongoing promotions
• Schedule appointments and consultations with potential clients
• Update lead status and maintain call logs accurately using Google Sheets or Excel
• Send follow-up messages via WhatsApp/SMS when required
• Coordinate with front desk and clinic teams for seamless client handling

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication skills in Tamil, Kannada, and English
• Confident, polite, and persuasive voice presence
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel
• Organized and consistent in follow-ups

Good to Have

• Experience in a clinic, salon, wellness, or healthcare environment
• Exposure to CRM tools or lead tracking systems
• Ability to send quick WhatsApp voice/text follow-ups
