Experience : 2–4 years of experience

No Of Position : 1

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate B2B leads and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Explains products, services, and offers to prospective clients and address their queries.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client information.
  • Achieve assigned targets related to lead generation and conversions.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly call and lead reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience during all interactions.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives through tele-calling.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B tele calling, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
