Tele Calling Executive

Job description:

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to introduce and sell products/services.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently communicate value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Collaborate with team members and sales leadership to improve performance and strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or B2B sales (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
