Tele Calling Executive/ Receptionist

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Telecaller to join our dental clinic team. This role is essential for managing patient interactions over the phone, ensuring smooth scheduling, and contributing to patient acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibility and Duties

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls​ to potential and existing patients​.

2. Schedule, Confirm , Reschedule patient appointment and follow up on missed appointments.

3. Provide information about Clinic services​, treatment procedures​ and current promotion.

4. Maintain accurate records​ of all patient interactions and update information in the clinic CRM​ or appointment system.

5. Follow upon leads​ generated from various marketing efforts​(online/offline, ads, social media etc)

6. Coordinate with Dentists​ and other clinic staff​ to ensure​ efficient patient flow​ and smooth operation.

7. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets​ and performance metrics set by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
