Job Description

Naturals Beauty Academy is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Course Adviser – Telecaller for its Kochi-kaloor Branch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in student counseling, lead generation, and admission conversion through telecalling and walk-in enquiries. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and clients. Provide accurate information about various courses, fee structures, and admission procedures. Counsel students and parents on career-focused technical and creative programs. Maintain and update CRM/database with student information and follow-up details. Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth admission processes. Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Telemarketing: 1 year (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
