Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and clients. Provide accurate information about various courses, fee structures, and admission procedures. Counsel students and parents on career-focused technical and creative programs. Maintain and update CRM/database with student information and follow-up details. Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth admission processes. Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
