Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Tele caller to join our Canada Immigration Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining immigration and study abroad services, and guiding them through the initial consultation and documentation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients
Provide accurate information about immigration and nursing licensing services, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Maintain follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into registrations.
Record client details and conversation notes in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams for client updates and support.
Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails in a professional manner.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the company.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or immigration consultancy preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam/Hindi.
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Education:

Minimum: Plus Two or Graduate Degree (Any discipline).
