Tele Calling Executive (Intern)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Intern to support our business development, vendor management, and recruitment activities. This internship will provide hands-on experience in professional communication, lead generation, vendor coordination, and candidate outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to businesses to introduce company services and generate leads.
• Assist in vendor calls for coordination, onboarding, and follow-ups.
• Support recruitment calling by reaching out to candidates, explaining job roles, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain call logs, responses, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
• Learn and apply effective communication and persuasion techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve calling targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and [Local Language].
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle high-volume calls.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
