Job Description: Telecaller – Growthfather Pvt Ltd

Location: Edapally, Kochi
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle first-level client calls for Growthfather Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales understanding, and the ability to engage clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to potential leads.
• Conduct first-level conversations to understand client needs.
• Provide basic information about Growthfather’s digital marketing services.
• Identify potential clients and mark qualified leads for the sales team.
• Maintain call logs, lead details, and follow-up schedules.
• Ensure professional and polite communication at all times.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for smooth lead handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Basic sales understanding or willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle calls confidently and clearly.
• Good attitude, patience, and client-focused approach.
• Malayalam and English speaking required.
