Job Title: Loan Process Telecaller / Loan Executive Location: [Dwarka mor, new delhi] Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services/ Private finance Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our loan calling process team. The primary responsibility is to call potential or existing customers to inform them about loan products, assist with the application process, and follow up to ensure timely conversion. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers for personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc. Understand customer requirements and explain available loan products. Collect and verify basic information to assess eligibility. Maintain a record of all conversations and follow-ups. Coordinate with backend teams for documentation and approvals. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned. Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, loan sales, or BPO is a plus. Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
