Job Description:
The Reputed and Famous IVF Hospital in Chennai is hiring Tele calling Executives. This role is open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) who have strong communication skills, confidence, and emotional strength to handle patient calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
· Provide information about clinic services and appointments
· Schedule and confirm patient appointments
· Address patient queries with empathy and care
· Maintain call and patient records
Eligibility:
· Open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
· Education: Any Graduate preferred
· Experience in tele calling or healthcare support is an advantage
· Fresher’s can apply
Skills Required:
· Good communication skills
· Patient, calm, and mentally strong
· Basic computer knowledge
