Job Summary:

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, reaching out to potential customers or students, explaining products or services, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain product/service details.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
  • Counsel and guide customers/students regarding courses, services, or offers.
  • Maintain a follow-up system to ensure conversions.
  • Record all interactions, feedback, and follow-up details in CRM or Excel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales/admission team for timely updates.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience in every call.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers can also apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
  • Good listening and convincing skills..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,447.13 per month
