Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

About Us:
Career Grids Services Pvt Ltd is a healthcare recruitment consultancy dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with global opportunities. We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive with 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients to promote our services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information regarding recruitment processes.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and follow-up information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the HR and recruitment teams for candidate status updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in recruitment or education consultancy sector.
Knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
