Job Title: Telecalling Executive Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Description: We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have good communication skills and a basic understanding of Coimbatore's local geography. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects and explain products/services. Generate interest and fix appointments or collect relevant details. Maintain records of calls and update customer information accurately. Coordinate with the sales/field team for lead follow-up and conversion. Provide excellent customer interaction with a focus on relationship building.
