Job Description

We are searching for tele callers to boost our sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. Females with very good Telephone Etiquette and minimum one year experience. salary +incentive. working time time 9.30 AM to 6 PM Tele caller duties Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the business Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details of each conversation. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing. Recording/ Documenting all successful and unsuccessful attempts Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions. Tele caller Requirements Degree or equivalent. Minimum one year experience as a tele caller or similar. Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred. Computer knowledge-MS office Very good verbal communication in Malayalam and English Ability to switch your communication style on a whim. Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills. Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Eranhipalam, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Telemarketing: 1 year (Required) total work: 2 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Tamil (Preferred) English (Preferred) Malayalam (Required) License/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred) Work Location: In person
