Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Female Tele Calling Executive to support lead generation and meeting setup for B2B technology platforms.

The role involves calling potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings/demos for the sales team. The candidate will play a key role in the initial client engagement and conversion funnel. Performance will be evaluated based on clearly defined KPIs.

Key ResponsibilitiesTele Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients from provided databases and research-based leads
  • Introduce the company and its technology platform offerings in a clear and professional manner
  • Identify key decision-makers and understand basic client needs
  • Qualify leads before scheduling meetings or demos

Meeting Setup & Coordination

  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-up calls for the sales team
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure confirmation of appointments
  • Share accurate call summaries and lead information with the sales team

Follow-ups & Conversion Support

  • Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads
  • Handle basic objections and queries politely and confidently
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups to improve conversion

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM or tracking tools
  • Submit daily/weekly performance reports as required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of outbound calls made per day
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Number of meetings / demos scheduled
  • Follow-up completion rate
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion ratio

Candidate RequirementsExperience & Skills

  • Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or lead generation
  • Experience in B2B calling or selling technology platforms is preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills

Language Proficiency (Mandatory)

  • English – Fluent
  • Hindi – Fluent
  • Marathi – Fluent

Personal Attributes

  • Polite, patient, and professional phone etiquette
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs
  • Disciplined with follow-ups and time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
