Job Description: Tele Calling Executive – B2B Technology Platforms (Female Candidate) Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–4 years (Tele Calling / Inside Sales preferred) About the Role We are looking for a Female Tele Calling Executive to support lead generation and meeting setup for B2B technology platforms . The role involves calling potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings/demos for the sales team. The candidate will play a key role in the initial client engagement and conversion funnel . Performance will be evaluated based on clearly defined KPIs . This role involves end-to-end ownership of builder accounts —from lead generation and product demos to onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate sales , strong connections with builders and developers in Pune , and the ability to conduct on-site meetings and demos confidently.
