Tele Calling Executive

We are seeking a confident and smart Telecalling Executive with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, quick-thinking, and able to convert leads into potential clients with ease. This role involves engaging with clients over calls to promote our products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Convince and convert leads through smart communication

· Update CRM system with accurate information

· Follow up regularly with leads and maintain call records

· Identify and qualify business leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

· Explain company products and services clearly and confidently

· Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team

Required Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English

· Strong convincing and negotiation skills

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools, emails, and MS Office

· Prior experience in telecalling/BDE/lead generation is a plus

· Confidence in handling sales calls and business discussions
