Job Description

Job Role: Telecaller (Female Candidate)

Shift: Day shift

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a female Tele caller with excellent English communication skills to interact with our clients. The role focuses on client communication, relationship building, and providing support through professional tele calling.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries from clients.
Introduce company services/products to potential clients.
Maintain healthy client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain client records and update information in the database.
Work towards client engagement and retention goals.

Requirements

Female candidates only.
Fresher to 6 months of experience in tele calling/client interaction.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred).
