Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients and customers to generate leads, schedule appointments, and close sales deals.
  • Identify potential clients' needs through effective communication and provide solutions using company products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including notes on conversations, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales team) to ensure seamless coordination during lead generation activities.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a related field (real estate industry preferred).
  • Excellent spoken English skills; strong communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer skills; ability to learn new software applications quickly.
