Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to clients and customers to generate leads, schedule appointments, and close sales deals.
Identify potential clients' needs through effective communication and provide solutions using company products/services.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including notes on conversations, follow-ups, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales team) to ensure seamless coordination during lead generation activities.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a related field (real estate industry preferred).
Excellent spoken English skills; strong communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in computer skills; ability to learn new software applications quickly.
